Filing Fee:

A non-refundable initiation fee of $75.00 is charged to each party upon filing for services.

Mediation Hourly Rate:

$200 per hour with 2 hour minimum generally split between the parties

Services provided in between sessions (document review, emails, and phone consultations) are charged in 15 minute increments.

Parenting Coordinator / Decision Maker (PC/DM):

$200 per hour with a 10 hour initial retainer. 
Retainer is replenished when the account falls below $500. 
Initial retainer is non-refundable; replinished fees are eligible for refunds according to the terms of the signed PC/DM Agreement.

Domestic Arbitrator or Med-Arbitrator Rate:

$200 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

Facility Fee:

Judy Larkins conducts mediation with both parties present in the same room with no facility fee, unless specifically requested otherwise.  A $25 facility fee is charged per party per hour when separate mediation rooms are requested.

Military Discount:

A 25% discount is offered to the individual who has served in the military forces.  A current military ID or DD-214 Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty is required as proof of service.  This discount cannot be used with other offers or discounts, such as sliding scale discounts.  One discount per case.

Sliding Scale for Divorce and Post-Divorce Mediation:

A 10% discount for applicant's hourly rate is offered to clients with a total household income less than $40,000 per year as demonstrated by the previous year's tax return and a current pay check stub.  Discounts are not retroactively applied to fees that have already been processed.  f a discounted fee is processed based upon verbal representation of income and subsequent documentation reveals that the household income does not qualify, the difference between the discounted rate and the accurate rate shall be retroactively processed as a fee to the credit card on record.
